Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise:
- Programming Proficiency: Proficient in Python and C++. Experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch for production-grade development.
- Data Handling Skills: Skilled in integrating, cleansing, and shaping data. Experienced with databases like MongoDB, CouchDB, and CockroachDB.
- DevOps Experience: Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Travis CI, GitLab CI), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Open-Source Contribution: Contributions to open-source AI projects or use of open-source AI frameworks is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in optimizing AI algorithms for scalability and performance.

Your Role And Responsibilities:
- Utilize AI/ML and Data Science expertise to develop and deploy scalable, reliable, and efficient AI models in production.
- Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical models for complex problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with deploying large language models (LLMs), understanding distributed systems, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MLOps pipelines using CI/CD tools for continuous deployment.
- Stay current with AI/ML advancements and contribute to AI frameworks and libraries.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices in AI engineering for code quality, performance, and security.
- Experienced in using Kubernetes and other orchestration platforms for ML model deployment and management.
