Preferred Qualifications	Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
	2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
	1 year of experience leading design projects.
	Experience with motion design software to enhance usability and user delight.
	Experience in roles requiring communication of recommendations, design rationale, and user advocacy.
	Strong command of visual design, including typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
