Diploma with at least 60% marks in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering recognized by AICTE after SSC/HSC. OR 2-year diploma after HSC in the mentioned branches with at least 60% marks. Note: Candidates who have entered the diploma in 2nd year after 10th + ITI are not eligible. English as a subject in either SSC or HSC is mandatory. |

B.Sc. with minimum 60% marks with Physics as main subject and Chemistry/Maths/Statistics/Electronics/Computer Science as subsidiary. OR Chemistry as main subject with Physics/Maths/Statistics/Electronics/Computer Science as subsidiary. OR Combination of Physics, Chemistry, and Maths with equal weight. Note: Maths at 10+2 level is compulsory. B.Sc. with Maths as the main subject is not eligible. English as a subject in either SSC or HSC is mandatory. |

HSC (10+2) or ISC in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with at least 50% aggregate marks. English as a subject in SSC is mandatory. |

SSC with Science and Mathematics with minimum 50% marks in each subject and 2-year ITI certificate in relevant trade. For trades with less than 2 years ITI, 1 year of relevant work experience post-training is required. Apprenticeship after ITI will be considered as 1 year experience. English as a subject in SSC is mandatory. |
