- Only for Ex-Servicemen / Ex-Agniveer (Army / Navy / Air Force)
- Educational Qualification: 10th High School Examination Passed
IOB Security Guard Selection Process & Examination Pattern
- Online Objective Test: 80 Marks
- Local Language Test (Tamil): 20 Marks
- Physical Fitness Test: 100 Marks
- Document Verification & Pre-Joining Medical Examination
1. Online Objective Test (Total 80 Marks)
- Knowledge of English Language: 20 Marks
- Aptitude Test: 20 Marks
- Arithmetic Test: 20 Marks
- Psychometric Test: 20 Marks
2. Local Language Test (20 Marks)
Applicants will be tested on their knowledge of the Tamil language.
3. Physical Fitness Test (Total 100 Marks)
Qualifying Marks: 65 Marks
