PGCIL Diploma Trainee Eligibility

• DTE (Diploma Trainee Electrical):
  Candidates should have a three-year Diploma in Electrical, Electrical (Power), Electrical & Electronics, Power Systems Engineering, or Power Engineering (Electrical) from a recognized Technical Board/Institute. Minimum 70% marks are required for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates require only pass marks.
• DTC (Diploma Trainee Civil):
  Candidates should have a three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Technical Board/Institute. Minimum 70% marks are required for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates require only pass marks.
• DTS (Diploma Trainee Survey):
  Candidates should have a three-year Diploma in Survey Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering (with Survey as a subject) from a recognized Technical Board/Institute with a minimum of 70% marks.
• JOT HR (Junior Officer Trainee – HR):
  Candidates should have a regular Graduate degree such as BBA, BBM, BBS, or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute/University with at least 60% marks for General/EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates.
• JOT F & A (Junior Officer Trainee – Finance & Accounts):
  Candidates should have passed Inter CA or Inter CMA. Candidates with higher qualifications such as Post Graduate Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, CA, CMA, or equivalent are not eligible to apply.
• JIT (Survey) (Junior Technician – Survey):
  Candidates should have completed a two-year ITI (Surveyor) course from a recognized Technical Board/Institute. The qualification must be from Government-approved ITIs, NCVET, or SCVT.

Salary

• Junior Officer (Gr-IV, S1 Level): Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000 to 1,17,500/- (IDA) | Approx CTC: ₹12.7 LPA
• JTT (Survey) – During Training: Basic Pay: Rs. 21,000/-
• JTT (Survey) – After Training: Pay Scale: Rs. 21,500 – 74,000/- (IDA) | Approx CTC: ₹10.9 LPA
