4. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Running: Male – 1.6 km in 6.5 mins | Female – 1 km in 6 mins
- High Jump: Male – 4 feet | Female – 3 feet
- Long Jump: Male – 12 feet | Female – 9 feet
- Shot Put: Male – 16 lbs, 16 feet | Female – 12 lbs, 10 feet
