BTSC Food Analyst Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Dairy Chemistry, Agriculture Science, Animal Science, Fisheries Science, Biotechnology, Food Safety, Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Dairy Technology, Oil Technology, or related fields from a recognized university.

Candidates should also possess a minimum of 03 Years of Experience in Food Analysis.

Additionally, candidates must have passed the Food Analyst Examination conducted by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
