Jharkhand Home Guard - Selection Process:
1.) Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Height:
- Male (Gen/OBC/BC): 162 cm
- Male (SC/ST): 157 cm
- Female (All): 148 cm
- Chest (Male only):
- Gen/OBC/BC: 79-84 cm
- SC/ST: 76-81 cm
2.) Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Running (1 Mile):
- Male: 5 min (20 marks), up to 6 min (10 marks)
- Female: 8 min (20 marks), up to 10 min (10 marks)
- High Jump: Male 4 ft, Female 3 ft
- Long Jump: Male 12 ft, Female 9 ft
- Shot Put: Male (16 lbs) 16 ft, Female (10 lbs) 10 ft
