Name of Post & Qualification / Experience

  • Registrar
    • Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
    • At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 and above
      OR 8 years of service in Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration.
      OR Comparable experience in research establishment/other Institutions of higher education.
      OR 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
  • Finance Officer
    • Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
    • At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 and above
      OR 8 years of service in Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration.
      OR Comparable experience in research establishment/other Institutions of higher education.
      OR 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
  • Controller of Examinations
    • Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
    • At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 and above
      OR 8 years of service in Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration.
      OR Comparable experience in research establishment/other Institutions of higher education.
      OR 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
  • Deputy Registrar
    • Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
    • Nine years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level 10 and above with experience in educational administration.
      OR Comparable experience in research establishment/other institutions of higher education.
      OR 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.
  • University Deputy Director of Physical Education
    • Ph.D. in Physical Education / Physical Education and Sports / Sports Science.
    • Candidates from outside the university system must also have at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) at Master’s Degree level.
    • Eight years of experience as University Assistant DPES / College DPES.
    • Evidence of organizing competitions and conducting coaching camps of at least two weeks duration.
    • Evidence of producing good performance of teams/athletes in competitions like State/National/Inter-University.
    • Must have passed the Physical Fitness Test norms:
      • Men: Up to 30 years – 1800m in 12 minutes, Up to 40 years – 1500m, Up to 45 years – 1200m, Up to 50 years – 800m.
      • Women: Up to 30 years – 1000m in 8 minutes, Up to 40 years – 800m, Up to 45 years – 600m, Up to 50 years – 400m.
    • OR Olympic Games / World Cup / World Championship medal winner with at least Post Graduate degree.
  • Assistant Registrar
    • Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
    • Five years of supervisory experience in establishment/legal matters in Government / Semi Government / Public Sector / Autonomous organizations / University / Higher Educational Institutions.
    • Good working knowledge of general administration and rules & regulations relating to University.

  • Ph.D Degree/Provisional Certificate or Notification (if applicable).

  • Caste Certificate as per clause 7 (v) in case of fees relaxation.
  • Certificate of Physical Disability issued by competent authority as per clause 7 (v) of the advertisement in case of fees relaxation.
  • OGPA/CGPA/Grade Points to percentage conversion document for 10th / Matriculation, 12th/Intermediate, Graduation and Post Graduation (if applicable).
  • Experience Certificate as per clause 4 along with:
    1. Appointment letter/Notification.
    2. Joining letter and Joining acceptance letter.
    3. Recent salary slip issued by competent authority.
  • NOC (No Objection Certificate) issued by competent authority i.e. present Employer (if applicable).
  • Aadhaar or other Personal Identification document.
  • Any other documents as per the advertisement and information given in the application form.
