| Educational Qualification |
M.Sc. in related subject form recognized university OR M.Sc. in Forensic Science with 55% marks from a recognized university AND Candidate must have studied Physics or Chemistry as a subject at the Bachelor's (B.Sc.) level. |
| Computer Qualification | It is mandatory to have a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) of at least 6 months from an institute recognized by the State Government or Government of India. |
| Exam Requirement | Candidates must score at least 30% marks in Paper-1 (Computer Knowledge and Operations) in the main examination. |
