- Good Quality Passport Size Color Photo with White Background, Must be Taken after 30/08/2021.
- Face Should be Occupy at least 75% of Photo.

- Left Thumb Impression within Draw box (3 CM. X 5 CM). .
- For Sign Draw Box on Black / Blue Pen in Running Hand(2 CM. X 7 CM.).
