- Candidate must have 10th (Matriculation) Pass from Any Recognized Board (BSEB, CBSE, ICSE & More) in India.

- अपना रौल कोड (Roll Code), रौल नम्बर (Roll Number) तथा जन्म तिथि (Date of Birth) तैयार रखें।
- 10th Markshet
- पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो का स्कैन कॉपी कम्प्यूटर में तैयार रखें
- मोबाइल नम्बर (Mobile Number)
- ई-मेल (Email)
- After Complete the Form , Print the Acknowledgement Copy) आप निकाल कर रख लें
